The NGO Pedalar Sem Idade reached its first year of existence and the AGEAS Foundation, a partner in the project, decided that they needed more tools to prioritize and organize their activities. We were invited to prepare a workshop for the project’s internal team.
challenge
Adept at trying to embrace the world with its cause, the NGO faced the challenge of delegating and prioritizing its actions along its lines of work. So we prepared a full-day workshop to implement prioritization and analysis tools that would offer more content to the team, based on a real scenario.
result
The result was a satisfying workshop where the team was able to address internal and external issues in a cross-cutting way, while discussing fundamental aspects of their governance and action with their partners. At the end of the activity, we sent them all the print material files and created a board on Miro (miro.com) for them to work on digitally in the future.
